It's been a week since I started using my laptop and today the speakers stopped working. I don't know if it is because of multiple updates that happened or am I still outdated so I started updating again but none works. What to do?

    Hello J.udooon, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are having problems with the audio in Windows 10;

    What exactly is your PC model and manufacturer?

    If it's a desktop, what exactly is the model and manufacturer of the motherboard?

    Before answering this question I suggest you run the Windows 10 troubleshooter;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Troubleshooting and then Additional Troubleshooting;

    Select Playing Audio and click Run the troubleshooter;

    Check if the problem has been fixed;

    Check that the output device is correct;

    Right-click the sound icon on the taskbar and go to Open sound settings;

    Under Choose Output Device, click the drop-down menu and set the correct speaker;

    Check if the sound works normally again;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!
