You can freely end the process, this would not cause an issue.
msfeedssync.exe
This process is now running for over 5 days nonstop, unlike before. I have no idea what's this file is used for, but it's located in System32 and is signed by Microsoft Corporation. All my searches about this process are useless. Anyone got any tips or suggestions about how to prevent this process from running again, and what's this file used for?

Check your explorer/browser settings for RSS feeds
