This process is now running for over 5 days nonstop, unlike before. I have no idea what's this file is used for, but it's located in System32 and is signed by Microsoft Corporation. All my searches about this process are useless. Anyone got any tips or suggestions about how to prevent this process from running again, and what's this file used for?

Process command line: C:\Windows\system32\msfeedssync.exe sync

You can freely end the process, this would not cause an issue.

Its an MS process related to internet explorer and your RSS feeds.

Check your explorer/browser settings for RSS feeds

Thanks. Have you tried ending its process in the Task Manager?

    Hi Sumit, thanks for replying.

I've already uninstalled News and Interests feature, as I don't really use it at all.

    Hi Abdul,

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

This is probably used by News and Interests feature, but not running on my machine as I see. Is it enabled on your device?
