"Something wrong on our end when logging in to windows"

bought an laptop with windows 10 home, then i upgrade into windows 11, this past few weeks when i try to enter my pin or using fingerprint there is a message "something wrong on our end". this keep happen over and over.i don't know what the problem was, i think it's windows 11 bug or smth. please fix it

    Windows 11 sign in works fine. If there's something wrong on their end then its only in some specific situation. The error doesn't necessarily have to mean that its on their end though. Error messages are not perfect things.

    If anything, its tied to internet and network if its using Micro account at the very least. This could possibly be ipv6, vpn, router issue, etc etc.

    You might have to do advanced things to figure it out. But, someone else may offer some steps to try.
