It sure is frustrating. All the Youtube videos on how to change a printer from off line to on line show the view as it looked in Windows 10 where you can uncheck Use Printer Off Line. That is gone. Where is it Micrsoft????

I use the printer queue daily to watch for items printing as there is so many coming through as I need to change the media on certain items. Yesterday after my PC updated. The print queue is super big, not small lines. Its like Microsoft took over my print queue instead of the printer software or something... If I go to the printer software and click printer it shows the normal print queue that I used to have when clicking on the printer queue on the lower right hand of the desktop.

2022-11-01T14:42:53+00:00 I did create a short cut from printer settings to each printer for print queue on my desktop. Much faster.

If you leave the print queue open and minimized then open it again it doesn’t show all the print items in the queue until you close it out completely and re open!! **** MICROSOFT!!! Bring back the old print queue or let us change it along with the File Explorer window!!
