Screen Recorder For Windows 10

So I was just wondering if their was a default screen recorder for Windows 10 like there is for Macs because if there is where do I find it? and if not is there a possibility that Windows 10 could have one cause it would be really helpful and save storage space on all windows devices

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Windows contains a very basic screen recorder app named Steps Recorder, that only has basic functionality.

    Click your Start Button and just type steps and you will find the Steps Recorder

    If you need more functionality than that app provides, then you would need to install one of the Screen Recorders found on the Microsoft Store.

    I use a tiny utility named ScreenToGif that takes up very little space on your PC and does a very good job of recording the screen, for a professional app, OBS Studio is totally free and provides a lot of functionality.
