My Laptop Battery Drains even when fully shutdown

So, my laptop drains its battery while its completely shut off. I say completely shut off because i disabled fast startup. I have only had this laptop for 5 months and idk what is happening. My battery config is balanced mode in the app MyAsus. It basically just limits my battery to 80% and it will not go pass that. I have been using that config since i got the laptop and I have been using it plugged in all the time and everything was great. Back then, it's a very minor problem since while fully shut down, it only takes 1% or 2% of the battery. Now it goes from 80% when turned off to 67% when i open it again, and idk why but its that specific percentage everytime, no matter what time between the shut off and the opening of the laptop is. Im worried about this because im going to go to school this month and im very worried that whenever i open the laptop i wont have enough battery to last even just one subject in class, this laptop's battery is already **** at it is because its running 48whr in a gaming laptop. is there any way to fix this or tips? I usually keep my mouse, controller, external hard drive and headset plugged in while the laptop is fully off, could this have contributed to my problem?

    Hello GoldenWood909,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Acer laptops have something called power off charging which essentially allows users to charge their devices through a USB port on the laptops even when the laptop is fully turned off.

If your laptop has a similar feature then an external hard drive or a mouse/controller will drain the battery even if it is turned off.

A better way to check it will be to measure the drain when no devices are plugged in.

Secondly try pressing down on power button until the system shown down. After a desired amount of time turn it on and see if the battery has still drained ( this will help us know if this is a hardware issue or software )
