I need a bluetooth driver

I have windows 10 system with Processor AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 635 Processor, 2900 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

My system says I don't have bluetooth capability. Is there any way I can download a driver. Or does anyone know if I can fix this problem

    Does the motherboard has Bluetooth built-in or are you using an external Bluetooth dongle?

    Go to the Start Menu, type msinfo and press enter, please send a screenshot of the System Information window.
