Hello,

i have a big performance issue after I installed the newest 22H2 update. All of the sudden my Laptop is really slow. I checked my TaskMAnager but the performance is good. I started to reinstall Windows but after installing the update it just is like the same as before. I also searched maybe for damaged files with no success.

So i am asking what can i do to check what is wrong with my laptop.

Kind Regards

Ibrahim

I recommend reporting the issue through the Feedback Hub app to notify Microsoft.

Please try uninstalling the recent October KB5018482 update until Microsoft releases a fix.

Press Start then click Settings (Gear icon)

Select Update and Security > View update history

    Click Uninstall Updates

Under Microsoft Windows, select KB5018482 in the list then Click Uninstall

Wait for the update to uninstall

    Restart your computer

Once uninstalled, I recommend using the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the problematic update. Windows Update won’t install hidden updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try to hide the said update that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.
