Hi there,

I am using windows 10 and I am getting this error message when I try to play GTA:SA

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Users\user\Desktop\GTA san andreas\gta_sa.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contract the application's support team for more information.

HELP!

Note: I tried reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

The assistant told me to reinstall the package and reboot the PC and it didn't work, what should I do now? She said that the live chat is for installation problems only.

If you can help me sort the problem out it will be much better
