Hi! So, my issue is: I have tried resetting my PC from my removable pendrive and it failed. It didn't finish the configuration and a message that says "Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer" (i've already tried restarting the computer and it didn't work).

    Hello John!

Thank you for replying so quickly. So, my English is not quite perfect so i don't think I explained myself properly. When this error popped up i was in the process of doing a clean installation with an ISO on a pendrive i setup with and this installation failed. I can't access my user or anything on my PC. Here is a photo of where this error happens:

    Hello Jose,

Kindly use your existing pendrive first. If it still does not work, you may need to consider finding another flashdrive. Make sure you try to check and follow the suggested solutions in my first response, and I look forward to receiving your updates.

    Kind regards,

Okay! Do I disconnect the pendrive that i was using and create the Windows 10 USB in there or do I need to use another one? I'll be sure to get back to you when I make it ;).

    Hello Jose,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I suggest you create a new Windows 10 USB Installation media. Please see the link in my first reply on how to make one. There's a Clean Installation guide by Greg in my first response. Kindly check it if it helps.

    Kind regards,
