    Charles -

Are you doing file projects or some other reason that requires such huge storage drives?

I just think of it as taking such a huge gamble with one drive that could be reduced by having a number of drives instead.

If you want advise on setting that up, though, I'd ask a Tom's hardware where they can also advise you on risk reduction measures.

Nothing is missing none of the drives are corrupted or not working properly they're all functioning under the hardware properly when I inspect with driver easy which also looks at harbor profiles it sees the whole drive as one large hard drive but Windows does not I don't mind not using raid setup but then how would I be able to use this computer and put multiple hard drives in it without using a raid hardware setup... The motherboard does have provisioning for at least 12 hard drives to be able to be plugged into it instead of the hard drive controller that's in the board so I really just remove the hard drive controller plug all the hard drives individually and not set up a raid type profile?

    Charles -

It seems that the drive is missing, which is why I gave you steps to recover it.

This is why I don't recommend RAID, after seeing countless cases in forums for 14 years where when one drive fails the data is lost - even in a mirror RAID. https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Why-...

For RAID0 showing wrong size in Windows:

I would ask for more help from the best hardware forums Tom's Hardware here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/ as they specilize in this while we do not.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on detailed results you post back I will have other suggestions if necessary.

I don't need to know how to recover from raid I set up the raid drive in my system bios it's 10 GB RAID 0 then I install Windows 10 via USB once Windows 10 comes up it only recognizes one drive if I try to go into storage management to make the raider software it's still only sees one drive and the drive is only 2 terabytes instead of 10
