Windows key not working on K95 RGB PLATIMUM XT

I tried to do a shortcut with the windows key and it did not work. So I have pressed it and the windows menu wont pop up? Is there a way to use the windows key again or to unlock it?

    Hi,

    Do you see a lock button at the top of the keyboard? If so, press it to switch on/off the Win key lock.

    Hi Armaandeep,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Try pressing the Esc key + the windows key to see if that releases the Windows Key Lock on the keyboard.

    if that does not work, being up the onscreen keyboard and click the Windows key maybe twice to see if that releases the Windows key lock.
