Yes you can. all the p.c names need to be the same. also if you set up the other device do it under your account and add them as a family member.
buying windows for more then 1 computer

is it possible to buy windows 11 copy that is installable on 3 computers? (my desktop, laptop, and my son desktop)
i dont find any explainations on that.
plus, i can see lots of pc websites and stores that sell windows 11 lisence for 60-70% cheaper. is that legal? what's the difference between this lisence and buying directly from microsoft?

For private consumers a Windows licence is for one PC only, there is no versions for multiple users, that is only available in Volume licences sold to companies and large organizations.
2
Is there currently any version of Windows installed on your desktop, laptop, and your son's desktop

Please don't waste your money, cheap Windows licences sold online are a very bad idea, because mostly they are selling volume licence versions of Windows 11 and while the licence will initially activate, later the licence will expire, because it cannot contact a company key management server.

If you buy a new PC it will be provided preinstalled with a version of Win by the seller
