    Is this the Kyocera Ecosys FS-1120MFP printer?

    In what way is the printer "not working properly"?

    Is there an error message displayed on the printer? If so, what is the message?

    Can you print a status page using the printer's front panel controls?

    1. Press the Menu button
    2. Press the up/down arrow keys to select "System Menu"
    3. Press OK
    4. Press the up/down arrow keys to select "Report"
    5. Press OK
    6. Press the up/down arrow keys to select "Status Page"
    7. Press OK
    8. Press the up/down arrow keys to select "Yes"
    9. Press OK

    Did the printer previously work properly on this computer? If so, what happened shortly before the problem began?

    Do you have the CD that came with the printer?

    Hardly surprising, win7 went out of support Jan 2020 and as of that date no updates of any type
