The device driver for your Huawei modem is not installed correctly, the best first option is to go to the support page for your Huawei modem, then from there, download and install the latest version of the drivers they recommend.
Huawei stopped supporting that modem after Windows 8.
That doesn't mean it definitely won't run on Windows 10. But it does mean that Huawei has not modified the driver to make it compatible with Windows 10, and hasn't tested the driver on Windows 10 as-is. It means you are on your own to discover whether or not it works on Windows 10, and if it does not, Huawei has no solution for you.
