Device manager:

t

Got this in event viewer. I guess this happen after I reinstall my modem:

Edit update :

  • I forgot to mention that I change my CPU. Suddenly can't read GPU driver & modem. I update GPU driver in windows update & works. Then I manually install the rest of windows update but still nothing happend to my modem.
  • Using fresh install OS(installled using prev CPU) same result
  • I revert back with my prev CPU, everything normal

Is this because I'm using OS that installled with my prev CPU?

Anyone with common problem, or it is not common problem?

    Hi Beny.W.

I think if that did not solve the problem, there is a compatibility problem, it may be best to get a new modem.

    Hi Beny.W.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The device driver for your Huawei modem is not installed correctly, the best first option is to go to the support page for your Huawei modem, then from there, download and install the latest version of the drivers they recommend.

Huawei stopped supporting that modem after Windows 8.

That doesn't mean it definitely won't run on Windows 10. But it does mean that Huawei has not modified the driver to make it compatible with Windows 10, and hasn't tested the driver on Windows 10 as-is. It means you are on your own to discover whether or not it works on Windows 10, and if it does not, Huawei has no solution for you.
