PC Health check says I'm eligible for Windows 11, Update & Security settings say I am not.

Hi!

In the Update & Security settings for my pc it states 'This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11 and refers me to the PC Health Check app.

Using the PC Health Check app it says 'This PC meets Windows 11 requirements'

Am I missing something?

Kind regards,

Katie.

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, since the PC health check is all good, it is actually all good to upgrade to Windows 11, to do that:

    Go to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-downlo...

Download Windows 11 Installation Assistant and follow the prompt to upgrade.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.
