Microsoft desktop 0x7 error(on mobile)

Well... I got a new PC.. And one day I tried remote desktop, and it showed up this:

Well I googled how to fix this and nothing was related

(sorry for bad English, though)

    Ok great, yes it might be a security feature causing the issue.

    Thanks, I tried using my other router and it worked. Maybe the router I'm using has extreme security

    This usually just means the connections has been lost to the remote device, this can be caused by a number of reasons. Most likely the actually network connection between the two devices was interrupted.
