Hi All,
I have an Asus zenbook ux333 notebook with Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-8265U processor. I have been waiting for a windows 11 update for about a year now.
The chip seems to be supported by Microsoft for a windows 11 upgrade but health check comes back with 'TPM 2.0 not found'.
I was not able to get any assistance from Asus's end. I wanted to know if it's a known issue with the processor and if there's anything I could do to get windows 11?

The i5-8265U is on the Windows 11 COU supported list.
Most computers that run Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.
Before upgrading it is best to make free backup images and save the images to another disk drive or the cloud.
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)
Unsupported upgrades may not benefit from the improvements in performance, reliability, and security.
These are links to upgrade in an unsupported fashion:

Thanks for a quick reply.
Im looking for a supported update as security is kinda must for me.
The thing that has been bothering me is that the chipset is supposed to have a tpm 2.0 module according to its architecture but it's not reflected on the bios or health check.
