2022-11-13T15:07:03+00:00 If you are using a Wifi connection it is something to consider, but first try to do other tests if possible to confirm that this is the source of the problem.
Try turning on the computer next to the Router and check if the connection is stabilized.
Another step is to use the ethernet cable if you are using Wifi, if in this step the connection is stabilized then yes I would recommend the use of a signal extender
If the problem still remains, create another account with admin privileges and try to run your games through it
If none of the steps above solve this problem then try the step below
test an Inplace Upgrade that will overwrite the Windows image, eliminating the problem with the system.
Summary:
Often we are faced with the need to reinstall the system or update it, repairing and restoring the system originally, however in some cases a clean installation does not seem like a good alternative due to the need to make a backup, which in turn can be time consuming. and reinstalling all programs. Well, Inplace upgrade can install the operating system again, keeping your files, settings and applications.
Follow the steps below to perform an Inplace Upgrade:
Use the link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209.
After the download is complete, accept the License Terms, click the Create installation media for another computer option, keep the Use recommended options for this computer option enabled, click Next and select ISO file, click Next and the download will start.
Note: This method retains installed settings, files, and programs.
Even if you keep your information, we advise you to back up your files on a mobile device as something like an update interruption, power outage, internet signal drop, among others may occur.
Detailed steps below:
1 On the warning and terms screen click accept > check Create installation media (USB drive,DVD, ISO File...
click next
2 Check the box to use recommended options for on PC
> next
3 Select ISO File > NEXT
Create a folder named Windows
With the Windows 10 download complete, open the file (.iso) and run Setup;
In the Windows 10 Setup window, click
Change the way Windows Setup downloads updates, enable the option
Not now and disable I want to help make Windows Setup even better option and click Next;
Please wait for the update to be verified and installed and accept the applicable license terms;
In Choose what you want to keep, select the desired option and click Next;
Upon displaying that it is Ready to Install,
click Install.
Note: the edition to be installed must be the same as your device.
Wait for the percentage up to 100%, during the process, the system will restart several times, until a moment when it will make the lock screen available again.
I hope this information helps you, post the results again.
Thanks,

2022-11-12T23:48:30+00:00 In this case, test the solutions in the order below, at the end of each one, check if the problem has been resolved:
1 - Make sure Windows has the latest update: select Check for updates now, then select Check for updates. Or select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, select Install now.
2 - Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
3 - Update Microsoft Store: select the Start button and from the list of apps select Microsoft Store. In the Microsoft Store, select See More > Downloads & Updates > Get Updates. If an update for the Microsoft Store is available, the installation will start automatically.
4 - Change DNS server. Click on the Start button, located at the bottom left of the taskbar, select the Settings icon, located on the left in the menu that appears.
In the new screen that opened, click on the Network and Internet item and then on Change adapter options. Therefore, identify the network device currently in use, right-click on it and select the properties item from the context menu.
Double-click on the item Internet protocol version TCP/IPv4 and then on properties. Most likely your DNS settings are set to automatic mode.
What we are going to do is switch to manual mode, click on the option to use the following DNS server addresses. You will now enter the preferred and alternate DNS string.
Test the following DNS:
Primary DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
Hope this information helps you, please come back and post the results again.
Yours sincerely,
Douglas R.

2022-11-12T00:17:03+00:00 Hi, I'm Douglas. Welcome to the community. I'm happy to help you today
I understand that your internet network doesn't work as it should, initially test the steps below one by one in the order they are and at the end of each one check if the system is back to normal
• Troubleshooting follow the steps mentioned below
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshooting > Additional Troubleshooting > Internet Connection > Run the Solution
Also try the Troubleshooting for Network Adapters on Following the same path:
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshooting > Additional Troubleshooting > Network Adapters (Run the solution)
after that test the following
1: On the Start screen type CMD to open the list of options in Search;
2: Right-click on the Command Prompt option;
3: Click on Run as Administrator option;
4: On the Command Prompt screen, run the commands described below, pressing Enter at the end of each line:
ipconfig /release <Enter>
ipconfig /renew <Enter>
ipconfig /flushdns <Enter>
ipconfig /registerdns <Enter>
nbtstat -rr <Enter>
netsh int ip reset all <Enter>
netsh winsock reset <Enter>
These commands are for resetting the IP configuration and network-related caches that may be stored on your computer.
Restart your computer and run the tests again.
I also advise you to go to your computer manufacturer's website in the support section to look for your model and download the latest network and WLAN drivers and install them on your computer again.
test again if everything is working as it should.
I hope this information helps you, post the results again. We are available
