Cannot access My Google Drive or any Google support pages

Since Monday 24th October,1)  I am unable to access My Google Drive on one of my Google accounts on my laptop 2) cannot access any Google services, 3) cannot preview attachments such as jpgs or pdfs on the same laptop. I’ve checked the internet connection, as well as did the Windows Network Diagnostics. I cannot access any Chrome support pages on this one particular profile, which contains important files in My Google Drive. 

Other profiles work on both my laptop and iPhone.

Google does not accept this question on their forum. Can someone please offer some adivse?

    Hi Magriet Kruger,

    Thank you for that information, that error indicates it is not a Windows or browser problem it is a Google sever problem, you will need to contact their support to resolve this.

    Hi Dave, thank you so much! I can access the Gmail account as well as the My Google Drive for that account from my iPhone.

    I rebooted the laptop and tried to open the Gmail account, which I did not have problems with until now, but get the message ‘We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes.’

    What error do you get when you try to sign into any Google service, is it that you login is incorrect, or for the Google pages just not load up to let you try to login.

    Open an in-private (incognito) web page and try using that to access a google service, is that successful?

    3

    Is it possible that Google account has been hacked and that is blocking access?

    Can you access that account with another device like a smart phone?
