When I used to stop in mobile it is not blocking ..

Another case even I turns off laptop wifi disconnects very slowly and another suspicious IP Address is not turning off ,it means does it running in background even if the pc is off??

Hello, I’m Virginia, I have 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems.

What’s the make & model of the phone?

Is the Hotspot’s password the default or did you change it to something stronger?

I would recommend disconnecting the devices by turning off the Hotspot function & change the Hotspot’s wi-fi password.

If you suspect the pc is infected:

    Try running these programs:

MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ ensure scan for rootkits is enabled.

    Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

Also check the router to see if there are any unknown connections:

If these find one or more infections but do not fully remove them it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.
