I have Windows 11 and installed the iiyama ProLite T2754MSC tochscreen. In the device manager the HID touchscreen driver is installed. Also I added TouchGuide in the registry. But still, no touch on the screen. I also updated the drivers for the monitor. Unfortunately there is no driver on the iiyama homepage to download.
Can anybody help?
best, Michel

Hi Michel,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
What method/cables ae you using to connect the iIyama monitor to your PC, are you using the video cable for the monitor signal and also the USB cable for the touch capability?
Hi Michel,
If that did not get the touch capability working, the best option is to contact IIyama support on the link below, they will be able to investigate why touch support on their monitor is not working.

did all that right know… still no reaction.
I don‘t understand it. 🤷🏻♂️
Hi Michel,
Thank you for that information, try to uninstall the HID Touchscreen driver in Device manager, then restart (not shut down) your PC and then check if Windows has installed a new driver and if the touchscreen is working correctly, if not, try disconnecting the USB cable, wait a few seconds and then re-connect it.
