Could not uninstal. Had to delete all files manually but some are impossible to get rid of. Please help

    Boot windows into safe mode, then delete files manually.

    If I could pick your brilliant brains again. Every time I open Office 365 I get a Word popup asking me to signin to WORD even after I signed in to Office 365. Again I can't get rid of it. Thank you.
