Speakers (high definition audio device) missing

hello pls help me

my speakers (high definition audio device) is missing in device manager i can not use my headset because it say no output device found
and speaker setup(UNKNOWN) i already tried troubleshoot but is still not fixed i also tried to update in device manager but i can't find my speakers high definition audio device

    "High Definition Audio Device" means you are using Microsoft's generic audio driver.

    It means that you didn't install your computer's audio driver.

    Hi, thanks for replying, another option is to download the compatible audio driver from your manufacturer's website after that it should be all good, if not, there might be a hardware issue.

    May I know the make and model of the PC, please? so that we can check for an available driver.

    To check, press the Windows key + R then type in:

    msinfo32

    Then hit OK

    Please let me know the System Manufacturer and System model you have.

    I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, this is actually an issue with the compatibility of the audio and the system, for us to fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Sound, video and game controllers

    -Look for the High Definition Audio Device

    -Right-click and Update Driver

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

    -Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    -Choose an old driver or other names of the driver and click and install it.

    Your computer manufacturer (Dell, HP, Lenovo...) will have the driver on their support website for your specific computer model.
