I use Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. When I start my computer I have to log in and type in my password. How do I save that password so that automatically allows me to log in? I do not want to have to enter my password every time I turn on my computer.

Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

To log in to Windows without entering the password. You can try the method below.

    1. Open Windows settings then go to Account > Sign-in options.
    2. In the right pane, toggle off the "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft account" option.
    3. Once done, close the Windows settings.
    4. Press the Windows key + r on the keyboard.
    5. Type netplwiz then press enter.
    6. In the User Account windows, uncheck the "Users must enter a user and password to use this computer".
    7. Click Apply, then Ok.
    8. Reboot the PC.

    Best regards,

    Van

How will you sign in to your user account if a problem with Windows results in your saved password being deleted?
