I'm having a lot of DLL errors that cause APPCRASH

Hi, as the title says my issues are with DLL files that are show as the Fault Module Name in event viewer.

Online there are a lot of guides that try and help but none has worked for me, I'm unable to regsvr32.exe /u the DLL file and re-register it as I get the error dllregisterserver was not found, from what I gather this means that this function is not available on the DLL, and inspecting if via DLL Export Viewer confirms that dllregisterserver isn't in the functions.

I've ran the Scannnow/ DISM RestoreHealth as well as changing the permission on TypeLib to full access to see if this allows me to do what I want, windows update doesn't give me any new updates as says I'm up to date.

I need help solving this as programs crashing is very annoying.

The programs that have crashed most recently are MSI-AFTERBURNER with RTFC.dll as fault module name, RivaTuner Statistics Server with RTUI.dll as fault module name,Bluestacks 4 with ntdll.dll as fault module name, Intel Driver and Support Assistant Tray with RTSSHooks.dll as fault module name, iCUE software for corsair peripherals with ntdll.dll as fault module name, Genshin Impact with ntdll.dll as fault module name

    Hi Sylinthia,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

I will recommend that you try to repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade to fix corrupted system files.

You can follow the guide from the link below.

Most of the software problems are being caused by Riva Tuner, the 3 DLLs with names beginning with RT are all Riva Tuner DLL's they are not windows system DLL's, uninstall Riva Tuner, then restart (not shut down) your PC and re-install that Riva software, then check if the problem still exists.

If this is a branded PC have you updated drivers from that PC maker, and if a self-build from the mobo maker

Do NOT attempt to install any dll from an online source or use any reg server

Once any bios is updated set bios to defaults
