AHCI Drivers on Windows XP (Toshiba Satellite Pro 32 Bit)

Hello. I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro (32 Bit) with InsydeH20 BIOS. I have a USB with Windows XP 32-bit edition on it and whenever it gets to the “Setup is running Windows” it shows a BSOD. I don’t know what to do since changing it to Compatibility mode doesn’t work and when I select F6 to install the drivers, it makes a beeping noise. People say I should press F7, but it does nothing. I do not know the problem since the computer is perfectly fine and so is the USB. The installation midway through asks for a driver (which there is one inside the USB) but it says there are none. I’m trying to get Windows XP running on it because the normal Windows 8.1 is too much for the computer to handle when booting up and shows a BSOD, so I am trying to downgrade. There is no reason that I know as to why this is happening, so I really need the answer because it’s the only Toshiba I have (I also have a chromebook, but I do not like it because Chrome OS is buggy and it’s 32 bit so I can barely do anything with it) and I am needing it for some things. Thank you.
