How do I re-install my network adapter driver?

My network adapter has recently been messing up, being there was no wi-fi option, and I have to use Ethernet, and was hidden in device manager. I uninstalled the driver and can't find a way to re-install it. I tried using scan for hardware changes to no avail. Any way I can fix this?

    Hoooooooaaaaaaaaaahh..............

Today i messed up 8 hour fixing the same.
Contacted microsoft support, they trying there best to fixed several things but won't works
    Anyway ,

then we reinstalled clean windows 11 , and surprisingly that time WIFI driver is still MISSING.............

    So, don't do this-

Anyway i solved my problem in another way.
so, -----------------------------------------You can try this -----------------------------------

*(please read complete answer before proceeding, images are illustration purpose don't click on red highlight)s just do what is written)*

    go to setting >>
    >> windows update >> Advanced options >> Recovery >> Advanced startup >> and then restart now ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/1316119a-0573-46b8-a399-45f124cdad16?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/27748267-032f-4799-a5bf-a8ee9acaf51c?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">

    Go to >> Troubleshoot

    Then it looks like >>

**Click on "Advanced Options"**It looks like >>

Go to **"Uninstall updates"**Then, it looks alike --

This is your main problem Uninstall quality update and uninstall feature update.
    Once it done,
then you can go to reboot/restart and reboot PC

After restart you are good to go.
Wifi Adapters are now available in my PC.
It will fix stucked/curropted windows update files.

Mine PC is now working fine.
    and now,

You can update your windows 11.

    Somehow (very rare)
but if it doesn't works then you can try clean installation using windows media creation tool -- https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295
    and
perform clean installation after backed up your pc.

On the assumption that its a branded PC update all drivers from that maker.

There should be a shortcut on your system to their update utility

Do NOT use win update or Device Manager

    Hi EightyGoat29004

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The best option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version off WiFi (WLAN) card device driver they recommend.

If you have any difficulty locating the support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting system Information window.
