If you have tried all of the above methods but this issue still persists. You mentioned that you have installed Windows 3-4 times. May I know of the versions are all the same (Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406))? Since this version doesn’t seem to be up to date, would you like to upgrade to 21H2 or 22H2?

We also do not rule out that it is caused by the drive (this happens when you installed Nvidia driver. Did you also install this driver when you switch Windows 10? Please provide us with a blurry screenshot of your screen so that we can better understand.

If you rule out drivers and Windows and cables, it is probably due to your hardware. I also recommend that you contact OEM and check it together.

Thank you for trying it and I have also provided you with the following methods:

    1. Please check your Monitor Settings > Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings > Make sure the resolution marked as Recommended is selected.
    2. Open Windows Start Menu > search for Fix apps that are blurry > check Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry option. Turn this switch on if it’s off.
    3. Changing DPI Settings > Open Windows Start Menu, search which app is blurred (if it is Bowser or any apps) > Right-click this app in the search results and select Open file location > Right-click it and select Properties In the folder that opens > Click Compatibility > Click Change high DPI settings

Note: In the Properties window that appears, check “Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings.”Also, enable the “Override high DPI scaling behavior” checkbox. Choose “Application” from the dropdown menu. Finally, click “OK” to save your changes.

    1. Run the ClearType Wizard > Windows Start Menu > Search for Windows Start Menu > Make sure that Turn on ClearType has checked, then Select Next and follow the instructions until the ClearType tuning process is complete.

    Have a great day!

    Hi Amen005

Welcome to Microsoft Community and hope you are doing well.

May I know if you installed Windows 10 from the official Microsoft website? If not, install a clean version of Windows 10 or **** Windows 11. And I found that your Windows version is old, please try to update to a newer one.

If your machine is from OEM, you can also contact them to help you with the installation. But anyway, please backup your files so mark sure the security of your data.

If this issue persists then try to perform a clean boot **** and close any non-Microsoft third-party apps then check again. Since I found out that you mentioned installed your GPU from NVIDIA website, and your pixels have been blurry ever since.

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get you back on track.

This may also be due to driver compatibility issues. So please try to install a clean Windows first then to troubleshooting step by step. I think when we rule out the problem on Windows side, the rest may be caused by some of your drivers.

    Thanks for your patience!
