I want to log into a different Microsoft account.

I wanted to log into a different Microsoft account.

I typed in the username and correct password but it didn't work.

I retyped the username and password multiple times but it still didn't work.

Could someone please tell me what the problem might be?

Hello Greg. Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I do not have "Family and other users" on my Windows account, so what am I supposed to do.

Hi Boon. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

Where are you trying to sign into the account exactly? If it's in Windows then the account needs to be added in Settings > Accounts > Family and Other Users > Other User so it appears on the Log-in screen.

If it's a MS Account can you sign into the online account here:

https://login.live.com/

If the password has stopped working, reset it here:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14699-reset...

Based on the answers you post back I will have other suggestions.
