I found it and was able to uninstall it in Settings-Apps.
Didn't think to look there.

It isn't listed in the 2 'Run' keys.

2022-10-21T21:39:16+00:00 Power Automate Desktop is a novel approach to managing repetitive tasks. You can probably uninstall it as you would any other app. But I would hold off for now, because there might be other software on the way that uses it.
