    Hi houstonmolie33-

I'm Kevin B., I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

Is the windows activated before the upgrade to Windows 11? Did the windows came pre-installed on your computer?

Kindly follow the steps below and take a screenshot of the result

Open the command prompt as administrator

Type the command below and press enter

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

A small pop-up, box will appear on the screen, kindly take a screenshot and post it on your next response

Also, kindly run the activation troubleshooter to identify the issue and the tool will attempt to fix it.

    Using the Activation troubleshooter:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/usi...

    I await your response

Hope this will help and have a bless day!

    Thanks.

    Kevin B.
