I have a problem in windows 10 everything was okay but after I updated my pc the Windows stop working and I can't open anything the only thing I can open is this pc and It gives me this message " The code execution cannot proceed because WINHTTP.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

    In order to fix the issue, please run CMD as administrator, then run the following commands to verify if the file is missing:

    Cd\

    dir /s WINHTTP.dll

    Please let me know the result prior to give you the next steps.

    Thanks for your feedback. If you already copied the file into C:\Windows\System32 folder, please open CMD and paste the following command:

    regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\WINHTTP.dll
