Fixed by renaming the file to ene.sys.old and restarting
ene.sys error after upgrading to Windows 11 22H2
I have seen that this error preventing a driver from loading is quite common. How do I fix it?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Ene.sys is a driver associated to RGB lighting control on your PC, do you have a PC manufacturers utility installed to control RGB lighting on your PC or a utility to control RGB lighting on a keyboard or mouse?
If you do have any of those utilities installed, uninstall them and reinstall the utility.

2022-10-22T06:02:32+00:00 I had seen same error on my PC, built with ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING.
After I ran Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool, I had not seen the error.
The driver "ene.sys" was deleted in %windir%\system32\drivers.
ASUS provides Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool on their support site,
