I am using a HP Laptop with windows 11 I have recently downloaded intel driver and support assistant is it safe?

As long as you downloaded it from Intel, then, yes, it's safe...if you are concerned, you can always right-click on the files before installing and there should be an option to scan with whatever security program you use.
I have directed a lot of people to that program in the past and never heard anyone have issues.

Yes, Intel Driver And Support Assistant is a genuine Intel application, it is used to keep the Intel device drivers, if any on your PC fully up to date, if you have a HP laptop, they also have their own HP Support Assistant application to keep the other drivers up to date.
