Same Custom domain for two tenants in Azure

If my organization has multiple tanent and have only one domain i.e ABC.com , then only one tanent can have custom domain.
In other tanents, how to create users and groups with same domain name?

    You cannot, given domain can only be verified in a single tenant. You can use a subdomain though, def.abc.com. Or, you can wait for Microsoft to release a feature they previewed a while back, which will eventually allow some form of "sharing" a domain: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/video-hub/supporting-mergers-acquisitions-and-divestitures-in-microsoft/ba-p/1681208

    Hi Ravinder, this is currently not feasible.

    however you can try participate with preview but its not recommend for production.
