Internet fast, but videos and websites loading slow

Hello, from one day to another all the videos load too slow and some websites has problem too. I tried different browsers, but the problem still. I make sure that it was just in my pc testing others devices in my house, but all run videos at 4k and load pages normally. I check the latency of my internet in the CDM, I run a speed test with the tools that my internet company (Verizon) provides and my internet is in the 960 Mbps, I download some file and it's working normally, so I don’t think the Ether wire has a problem. Then I decide to delete some programs to see if there was any incompatibility, then I get tired and decided to restore windows default while updating to windows 11. The problem still, so I rollback the internet drivers to see if the was a conflict. Then I download Driver Booster pro and update all the drivers to the last versions that I didn't even had before delete everything.

I'm asking here because I run out of ideas, and the only thing that I could thing is that there is something with some driver that is slowing down the browsers. If someone has any idea, I'll be thanks to try it.

    I try everything, but the problem still. I'm willing to reset my pc by default again, so don't worry if you have any idea about deleting something or me doing some internet test to prove what is wrong.

    Dear lenny,in this case, instead of resetting the PC, try to create a new Windows 11 installation media and install Windows from scratch by formatting the drive during installation;

    Download the tool according to the installed Windows 10 architecture. On here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

    Run the downloaded setup and click Create installation media for another computer;

    Select the Language, then select the edition and architecture according to the installed Windows 10;

    Connect the Pen Drive;

    Click Next;

    Select the USB Flash Drive option and click Next;

    Click Finish;

    Keep the flash drive connected to the PC and restart;

    Start from the pendrive (Usually key F8 or F12, it will depend on the manufacturer);

    The installation window will appear;

    Follow the instructions until you reach "What kind of installation do you want?";

    Select the Custom option;

    Select the main drive and click Format;

    Select the main drive and click Next to start the installation;

    After the installation is complete, make all pending updates on Windows Update and update the PC drivers;

    Hope it works, see you soon!
