i tried to a clean boot and it stopped for a couple days i turned a couple apps back on in startup and it started restarting itself all over again cant tell if its a driver issue or hardware, just cant keep the problem to be consistent enough to diagnose.

event viewer errors start at The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

then Audit events have been dropped by the transport.  0

then one of the errors i get is The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device HID\VID_B58E&PID_9E84&MI_03&Col02\8&3b55b712&0&0001.

always consisent on black screens

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    I'm glad to help you.

These errors are not caused by specific hardware or software drivers. They may be caused in many ways. You can eliminate them one by one according to the following steps.

    A: Update Windows

Windows updates could also update your drivers, so you can try checking for new updates manually to resolve this problem.

1: Press Windows + Ito open Settings.

2: Go ahead to Update & Security > Windows Update.

3: In the right pane, click Check for updates and install all the pending updates.

After updating your Windows, restart your computer to recheck.

    B. Enable Windows Driver Foundation Service

1: Press Windows + R to open Run window. Input services.msc in the dialog and click OK.

2: In the main interface of Services, find Windows Driver Foundation – User-mode Driver Framework service and double-click it to open its Propertieswindow.

3: Under General tab, set the Startup type to Automatic. Make sure the Service status is Running. If not, you need click Start button to enable the service. Then, click Apply and OK to save the changes.

    Reboot your pc and check.

3: Click Change advanced power settings in the new page.

4: In the Power Options window, expand Hard disk and Turn off hard disk after. Set both the On battery and Plugged in to Never.

    5: Click Apply and OK

    Reboot your pc and check.

    D. Update Incompatible Drivers

1: Input devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog and click OK to open Device Manager.

2: Right-click the driver with an exclamation mark and select Update driver from the context menu.

3: Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

    Reboot your pc and check.

    E. Reinstall USB Controllers. Your error message contains the microphone's VID information, which may also be the cause.

    1: Open Device Manager.

2: Double-click Sound video and controllers to expand it.

3: Right-click a microphone device and choose Uninstall device. In the confirmation window, click OKto continue. Then, perform the same operation to uninstall all the microphone devices.

    Reboot your pc and check.

Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

    Best regards
