Hello, my name is FRUSTRATED... I am having trouble with an error that will not let me open my Chrome browser. I have searched it and watched a few videos, but they just go to fast, and I don't understand it, Hoping I can find some help in here. It says something about the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. I really hope someone has an idiot proof method to fixing this, lol. Thank you in advance for any input.

    Hello Michelle, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are having trouble opening Chrome.

    Initially, I recommend completely uninstalling the browser;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

    Select Google Chrome from the list and click Uninstall;

    Download and install Chrome again:https://www.google.com/intl/en-us/chrome/

    Check if it is now possible to open the browser normally;
