How do I get my mouse to work properly?

Hi,

I have a Logitech Performance MX mouse (I also have the keyboard too). I had been using this flawlessly on my Windows 10 laptop but it has issues on Windows 11. If I go into Device Manager it shows up under other devices and shows

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device. "

I have tried installing Logitech software from their website but nothing detects the usb that is needed with the mouse. If I delete the device from Device Manager it seems to work fine but when my laptop is restarted I'm back to the same issue.

Is there a way to get the device to work with Windows 11?

Thanks

Matt

    Hello Mattie, this is Emily.

Sorry you are experiencing this issue with the mouse. Looks like Windows can't find the right driver for your mouse to work in Windows 11. You said you went to Logitech to download the software, is it specifically the driver though for this model of mouse? I am afraid this is something you need help from Logitech support instead, to find out if there's any incompatible issue running their product in Windows 11.
