Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

You can use this procedure to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro using a Windows key.

Step 1: Disconnect your computer from the internet by turning off the wifi or disconnecting the ethernet cable.

    Step 2: Run these commands

1-Right-click on the Start then click on Windows Powershell(admin)

    2-Run these commands:

    SLMGR.VBS /CPKY and press

    SLMGR.VBS /CKMS and press enter

Net stop Sppsvc and press enter

    CD C:\Windows\System32\SPP\Store\2.0 and press enter

Ren Tokens.dat Tokens.old and press enter

    SLMGR.VBS /RILC end press enter

changepk.exe /ProductKey XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (replace the XXXX for your product key) and press enter

    3-Reboot your PC

Step 3: Reconnect your PC to the internet and check if the version is changed and Windows is activated.

if your Windows 11pro license is associated with your Microsoft account you can use this generic key to upgrade (VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T) and your Windows should activate automatically.
