Every time I try doing a command on cmd it shows “System error 5 has occurred access is denied.” And there is no yes button on “to continue, enter an admin user name and password.” How do I fix them?

So I was watching a YouTube tutorial and it said to disable all wifi connection and hold shift and restart to turn on safe mode to uninstall my drivers but my computer went to the log in to account page so then i tried logging in but I found out I couldn’t log into my account because I needed wifi connection.

Luckily my sister had a account on my pc that only needed a pin to log in to so I tried to enable my wifi again on her account so I could log back in to my main account but then I found out that my sisters account wasn’t a administrator so it showed “To continue, enter an admin user name and password.” But I noticed that the only options I had was No, the yes button was gone so I couldn’t do anything. I went onto YouTube hoping to find any helpful videos then I came across some so I followed the steps and went onto command prompt and put in exactly what they put “net user Administrator /active:yes” or “net user Administrator (my user name) /add” but every time I pressed enter it showed up with “System error 5 has occurred access is denied.”

I’ve been trying for a whole day following YouTube tutorials and trying to fix it but nothing works so I hope someone could help me and have a solution to this, Thanks!

    Dear s,In this case I suggest you try accessing Automatic Repair;

    Turn on the PC, when the manufacturer's logo appears, press and hold the power button to turn off the PC;

    Repeat this process 3 times, the next time you turn on the PC it will go to the Automatic Repair screen;

    Click on Advanced options > Troubleshooting > Reset this PC (This option will reinstall Windows);

    You will be able to choose between keeping personal files or removing everything;

    Click Advanced options > Troubleshooting > System Restore;

    Select a date when you were still able to access your account;

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restore;

    Check that you can now access your main account;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!

    Dear s,in this case I recommend that you try using system restore to a date when you could still access your main account;

    Restart your PC;

    When you get to the login screen, do the following;

    Hold down the Shift key while clicking Shutdown > Restart (shutdown icon in the lower right corner of the screen);

    Do not release the Shift key until the recovery environment is displayed;

    Select Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > System Restore;

    Select a date prior to the issue and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the restore;

    After the restore check if it is possible to login again;

    If that doesn't work, the solution is to reinstall Windows;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!

    Hey, My system model is MS-7D22 and my manufacturer is Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.

    Also when I click on Device manager it says “You are logged on as a standard user. You can view device settings in device manager but you must be logged on as an administrator to make changes.”
