2022-10-03T16:32:58+00:00 Do you need an installation disk for Vista or a way to connect to wi-fi?
Is your modem/router working? If no, then who is your Internet Service Provider, and have you checked to see if they are having problems?
If everything is working, have you looked at, Network and Internet settings on your computer? Is your wi-fi adapter selected and what is its status?

Your laptop makers support will show how to recover/reinstall win as win was supplied pre-installed by that laptop maker, not MS
