    Hello Hải Duy Nguyễn,

Thank you for using our Microsoft community.

Due to the fact that the community is in English, I am not familiar with your current language, so I can only answer you in English, so if you are not familiar with English, please use a translation tool.

Based on your description and the screenshot provided, I understand that you do not have permission to access the network share file.

The reason for this problem is that the file does not have your currently logged in system account added to the access permissions. You can contact the administrator of the file and ask him to add your system account to the access permissions and you will be fine.

How to add access rights to shared folders

Right-click the shared folder > select "Properties" > switch to the "Sharing" tab > click the "Advanced Sharing" button > check the "Share this folder" >Click the "Permissions" button at the bottom> Select "Full Control"> Click "Add" in the Permissions screen> Select "Object Type" on the Select Users or Groups screen> Enter the object Types> Click "OK". Enter the object name > click "OK".

I hope the above information can help you.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,

    Lenka-MSFT| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
