Error 0xc000003e

Hello im getting error 0xc000003e when im trying to open discord vmware razer synapse and lightshot but steam and all my games work fine i tried to reinstall discord was working just fine and after a restart was having the same issue i can fix it without reinstalling windows? because im thinking is windows corruption. im translate it from greek "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000003e) click OK to close the application"
