hello all,

I was wondering what is CDPUserSvc_4a5e5? is it safe to turn it off because it uses a lot of memory?

    Hi Gege

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The official CDPUserSvc service is otherwise known as the Connected Devices Platform Service and is used to manage connecting device like Bluetooth devices and things like streaming to a TV...etc.

Your process seems to be using a huge amount of RAM, what wireless/Bluetooth devices are connected to your PC?

Hello, did that fix your issue or is it still occurring?

I only have one bluetooth speaker connected to my laptop.

But recently i just installed an app called spacedesk to turn my smartphone into a second monitor.

I think that's the cause of the large memory usage. I will try to uninstall.

    thank you so much dave
