is Moon Reader Pro for reading e Books A fake product in Microsoft store, is it or is it not made by the same product maker as the android version?

I had read some of the comments on it, some of the people that brought it claim it's not made by the same person as the android title product.

Moon Reader Pro for reading e Books - Microsoft Store Apps

I was wondering about it, I use an android tablet, but I also read that the windows version or product doesn't have access to local files or importing eBooks like the android product has, anyway I don't know if anyone else has questioned it, also I read comments about it being a scam product by the users comments on the Microsoft store but if it's a scam why has Microsoft not removed it yet?

it's a cheap product in the Microsoft store, but if it's not made by the same people that did the android app, I don't think I want it on my computer.

if you think there might be a problem with the app or publisher, you can report it to Microsoft using the link in the Store app.
It can then be investigated by the right people.
