Unable to purchase minecoins

I need help.

Whenever i want to purchase minecoins in the marketplace, I click on the pack that I want. Then a pop-up appears with that you are trying to acces sensitive information and asks to enter in your password. I do that and then it closes that and opens up a black loading screen that will continue to load no matter how long I wait. It will not redirect me to enter in my billing information or any of that. I got my billing information connected to my microsoft account and got some cash on my microsoft wallet. I tries searching on the internet but to no avail. Most of the videos said to link a payment method to your account, but I did and it still won't go through.

Hopefully someone can help me.

    Hello Mosken,

    Luckily I got it fixed for some reason. De-installing and re-installing minecraft bedrock did the trick for some reason. I don't know how but it worked.

    The screen is loading your account information to verify your identity, possibly due to a network delay.

    Hope this helps you!

    1. Optimize network connection

    "Win" logo key + "Q" to open the search box, enter 'ncpa.cpl', press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window, select your network adapter, right-click > "Properties", double-click "Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IP)", then check “Use the following DNS server address", and enter "4.2.2.1" in "Preferred DNS server", and enter "4.2.2.2" in "Alternate DNS server", then OK.

    If your other network applications fail to work properly (unable to load or slow connection) due to the above changes, you can set it to "Obtain DNS server address automatically" after the problem is fixed.

    2. Change the network environment

    You can use a different network (such as a mobile phone sharing hotspot, please pay attention to the use of tariffs), and then check whether the function is normal.

    Meanwhile, you can log in to your account in the browser to make sure that your account is available and the password is correct.
