Hi Scott
I'm Juliet and I'll do my best to help you.
I'd recommend that we try changing the microphone sensitivity in Windows; you'll need to go into the device settings for your microphone.
- Navigate to System > Sound in the Settings menu.
- Make sure your microphone is selected under Input, then click Device Properties.
- Select Other device properties.
- Increase or decrease the Microphone level in the Levels tab (sensitivity).
- Close the device properties window and begin talking. The microphone test will play back your voice. Increase or decrease the mic levels as needed until your voice is clearly heard.
I hope it helps! Let me know the results.
Have a nice day ahead and Stay safe always :)
