Hi tengteng.zhang
Thank you for sharing.
After observing the event log provided by you, we found that the number of events contained in this log is 58,991, which seems to be different from the number of events in your screenshot (74,067). Could you please confirm whether the current event log is from a local user?
Generally speaking, the LSM service hangs at startup. This means that the core window service that manages local user sessions may be stopped or disabled, which will also lead to system instability. Please see the following official statement about LSM service. I suggest you go to the following path of file explorer, C:\Windows\System32 directory, and check whether this. dll file has been removed or damaged.
Local Session Manager (LSM) Service Defaults in Windows 10
Moreover, I also found a large number of Error events, including luafv service startup failure/kernel-power event 41/group policy event 1096/sysmain service stopped due to the following errors. etc
We suspect that some system-critical services of current Windows 10 seem to have corrupted. Therefore, it will cause the current computer to be black at first, and turn in a white circle in the loading interface. Because the critical services of the system have not been loaded and detected..
The following is a plan to repair the Windows 10 or a Clean installation:
Repair Installation process
- Download and run the Media Creation Tool.
- Now select the "Upgrade this PC now" option.
- The installer will prepare the necessary files, so you need to wait.
- Select Download and install updates (recommended) and click Next.
- Wait for the update to download.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. On the Ready to Install screen, click the Change what to keep option.
- Select Keep personal files and apps and click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.
Clean Reinstallation process
- Click to **** download the Windows Media Creation Tool on an available computer.
- Run the Windows Media Creation Tool and insert the USB flash drive.
- In the Windows Media Creation Tool, select: Create installation media for another computer - Select the Version of Windows - Select the media you want to use (USB flash drive) - Click Create
- After creation, this USB can be used to install Windows 11.
- Insert this USB into your PC.
- Click the power button to turn on the PC, and then, after pressing the power button, quickly press F2 several times (perhaps there are other buttons, you need to select "How to enter the BIOS"), which will lead to entry into the BIOS.
- Since bios settings are different on each device, I can only give you a general description of the settings you are looking for: Boot Manager or Boot Menu
- Find the USB and start it as a USB. The name can be UEFI-USB XXXX or it can be a USB brand
- After starting with USB, you enter the Windows installation interface.
- Select the language, and then click next
- Click "Install Now"
- Click the "I don't have a product key" button
- Select the version of Windows (select the version of the original version, otherwise it cannot be activated), and then click Next
- Accept the terms
- Click "Custom Installation"
- Select the windows installation location in the new interface, and then click Next . (If you want to merge or split partitions, you can do so here too)
- Wait until the installation is complete and restart.
